This site meant for helping clinicians to maintain a database of their patients. The databases are developed in Access and not web-based, mainly meant for independent practices, small clinics and small hospitals. This is purely meant for clinicians to use in clinics and wards for routine work and creating discharge summaries quickly. Therefor billing and other unnecessary things that we see in commercial software are not included. The databases are available for Pediatricians as well as for adults.
